Volunteers from Tufts University worked with Sustainable Harvest Honduras in the Santa Barbara District. The group assisted community members in planting more than 1,000 trees, built water catchment tanks, wood-conserving stoves, a tree nursery and constructed paths at SHI's demonstration farm and training center. The volunteers also enjoyed some R&R at Lago Yajoa. A big thank you to the volunteers for all their hard word everyone from Tufts who made this project possible!
