There’s always a lot going on at Tufts Hillel – celebrations, meetings, and learning. But what about in the post-graduate world? In this series, called “Where are they now?” we’re exploring life after Tufts Hillel, one alum at a time. This week’s introductory installment features Jenny Karo A10, explaining her philanthropic story in an interview for Why We Give, a nonprofit that shares the giving philosophies of ordinary philanthropists.
To many here at Hillel, Jenny Karo, A10, is a familiar name. As an active Hillel participant and president of Board her senior year, Jenny was extremely involved in the Jewish community here at Tufts. Now working toward her PhD at Memorial Sloan Kettering Center in New York, she provides an inspiring example of how one’s Jewish values can find meaningful expression at every stage of life. Give her interview a read and get inspired!
